We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (German / English Bilingual) for our pioneer account!

Working as a Customer Service Representative (German / English Bilingual), We Offer:

As a Customer Service Representative (German / English Bilingual), You Will:

  • Must be Fluent in German and English with B2 Level Proficiency.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email and chat.
  • Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
  • Ensure proper security procedures are followed for all customer interactions.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customers.
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the account as per business requirements

As a Customer Service Representative (German / English Bilingual), You Have:

  • The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and German
  • 6 Months of experience in the Customer Service Field.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
  • Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Maadi Park.
